I love your eldar. They look great.
You must have a steady hand. All the free hand looks fantastic.
70 Guardians is impressive in its own right.

Thanks. I just love using guardians as they are cheap. This summer I went to the UK and played lots of 500 point games and you should have seen peoples faces when i put my force on the table. It consisted of 2 Farseers, 3x 10 man guardian squads( 1 brightlance, 1 Missile Launcher, 1 Scatter laser) and a war walker with 2 scatter lasers. Its almost a horde army at that total. It did surprising well also which was a bonus.

This is the newest member of my eldar army, my Wraithlord! He's not built to be game winning unit, he's instead based on the pose of the forgeworld reaver titan. http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/Eldar/Revenants/r2p8.jpg. I wanted him to have a graceful pose and have him looking like hes just landed. Sorry about the flash shine on it....Comments wanted...

Before reading your comments I thought of the Revenant, for a brief moment I thought you had a large battle sister. Nice work. Which technical method did you use to bend the knee?
Is that a plastic sister, do they come in plastic now?

Thanks J8 glad to to hear Revenant was the first thought in your head. The bent leg was made by carefully cutting the limb behind the knee guard. Then I glued it into its new position, I just need to get some greenstuff to fill in the gap.
Sadly not a plastic sister, just a model grey primed that i got in a trade recently. Wished they did do them in plastic.

I gotta say, I had thought about doing this conversion in the past, but I wasn't sure how it would turn out - and boy did it ever. Really good execution and vision on this Silar.

Thanks Ake, when I started chopping up the leg I did have a 'what have I done moment'. Lucky for me it worked out and I'm really happy with him. Just got to try him in a game now.

I know that feeling exactly. Thinking about cutting up a model is one of the hardest things to think about doing sometimes.
