How do you guys feel the war is going so far (without getting into any specific details). Is there anything in particular you want me to take note of and include in the fluff / play aid later on? Lets get some discussion (and quite possibly rivalry) going.

Isn't a rivalry supposed to be between equals?

 Grin

Hehe, just kidding.  It is great so far.

Besides increasing and retaining our player base, knowing where different armies are hitting would be interesting.  Lol.....I would love to know who keeps messing with my beloved Ignus Smiley

I agree with Encephalitus, it would be great to know which armies are battling on which planets and in which sectors.

That might add to the rivalry feeling.

The Week 7 Newsletter should be in your email inboxes now, you can also find it here [Campaign Newsletter - Week 7 and on the Aftermath Home page.  Yay!

I believe the Campaign Map will include something along the lines of showing how armies are contributing in the up coming patch.  Check out the screenshot here [New Map Patch - Coming Next Year].  Though for more specific information people will have to admit to where they are placing them, though this can be less contentious in my mind if it was fluffed by members even if they were simple short snippets.

Personally I'd like to see more discussion on background fluff of planets to help them come more alive, though this is more of a thing that all members can help with.

I saw the new newsletter when I woke up this morning....thanks  Smiley

If it helps any, I believe I am one of the major contributors to the "Liberation" of Ignus.  I could give writing a bit of fluff.....even though I am not all that great of a writer.....about my part of the war on Ignus.  Could anyone give me a 40K "date/timeline" as to when this war in the Aftermath Sector began?

I am assuming you would like the Fluff posted in the Fluff section of the forum, but as to the discussion on background Fluff, should we start that in the Fluff section, or would you prefer it to be in the Campaign Section?

I think the fluff section is more for stories or sets of fluff.  Campaign and sector fluff discussions can happen in the Campaign Discussion or the Codex Aftermath sections.  Quite possibly also inside the Meeting boards, ie the Forces of Order & the Forces of Disorder boards, for those more lucrative fluff discussions.
