I was playing this on another site and I reckoned it might as well go here as well.

1 - Go to
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Random

The first random Wikipedia article you get is the name of your band.

2 - Go to Random quotations:

http://www.quotationspage.com/random.php3

The last four words of the very last quote of the page is the title of your first album.

3 - Go to flickr and click on "explore the last seven days"

http://www.flickr.com/explore/interesting/7days/

Third picture, no matter what it is, will be your album cover.

Put it all together, that's your first album.

Some of mine from today as well as my best of so far:

9 songs of grunge tinted emo with explicitly violent imagery in the lyrics by the 5 piece from Ohio.
1)The Reality you dreamed. 2)Break My Heart for the last time (Bitch). 3)The people that lurk in dark alleys will fuck you up. 4) Consider this song your final warning 5)The day after the day after tomorrow. 6)The things I want to put in you. 7)Ignore my paranoia because you're so controversial 8)Glass Slippers will shatter (and cut your feet) 9)All you ever say is meh.

Witty lyrics about the world as viewed by the young coupled with a funky hip hop influenced garage rock sound the 11 track debut sounds both generic and fresh at once.
1)Early Mornings, Cancer Warnings. 2)Red Pills 3)Your life isn't Hollywood. 4)Googlewhacked 5)Bitchin' 'bout nothin' 6)Sitting in a doorway. 7)Parkour 8)Whiskey Chasers 9)Fashion sounds like Fascist 10)A Long Haired Stoner. 11)I maybe drunk but I think I love her.

Joy division-lite 7 piece Rochlov have a surprisingly sparse sound in their 10 track debut.
1)Darker in the evening. 2)The Lake. 3)Dancing (the escape) 4)GSW 5)Awry 6)What's going on in that skull of yours? 7)Treehouses (I broke my leg when I was 6) 8)Black and White Photography. 9)Shards 10)Unfinished Business.

Stanley Bowie brings surreal lyrics to his genre bending debut album.
1)Lizardskin coats. 2)The Girl to shove it 3)Red Woman 4)Skyline fires 5)Venus Gem Message 6)Hit Buzz Song 7)Rifle spur and the girls 8)The Naked Resistence (one night stand) 9)Driving in the sea. 10)Volcanic ejaculation

The New Palo Nutini dazzles with his debut album the pure scientific mind with it's 9 tracks with a scientific bent.
1)The Love Theory, 2)Calculus 3)It's Chemistry baby. 4)Forces (that attract) 5)Do the math 6)Volitile reactions 7)Magnetism 8)The Pure Scientific Mind 9)Hypothesis.

Impossible things before breakfast is the aspiring anthemic debut by Faeroe Island 4-piece Schwarzchild Metric.
1)Effulgent Visions 2)Impossible things Before Breakfast 3)Take Flight 4)Questions 5)Riddles 6)Angelic Chorus 7)At the Lighthouse 8)Ecstasy 9)Dusk 10)The Great Adventure 11)My heart is a torch (which burns for you).

This 9 song debut features seemingly feel good pop which conceals sharp dark edges with wicked delight.
1)Flotsam and Jetsam 2)Highway 69 3)Summer (She Broke My Heart) 4)Lie with me. 5)Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance, (Drink, Eat, Fuck, Die) 6)Monkey Magic 7)She's got music (in her bones) 8)Snowfall 9)Just like the cool kids do.

Bringing you a Morrisseyesque sound with subtle observations on the everyday wrapped together with romantic notions of love and lust.
1)Inertia 2)Chained to the Desk 3)It get's old fast. 4)Heavy Breathing 5)She collects Gnomes 6)Kiss me like you mean it (goodbye) 7)Words per minute. 8)Raining in July 9)Never ask me again. 10)Old wounds. 11)The DJs rubbish (I'm leaving forever) 12)Nature's gift. 13)No thanks to you.

One part Jazz, one part folk and with a sprinkling of Rock and roll, Jurua River bring you 11 tracks of songs by frustrated romantics for frustrated romantics.
1)First Kiss 2)Imperfection. 3)If this were a movie (I would get the girl) 4)Vagabonds 5)Everything worth knowing (I found out too late) 6)Boys are never men. 7)The Sky at Night 8)You'll never know (this song is about you) 9)Sweet Sorrow 10)Lovesick (sick of Love) 11)What I was led to believe.

I should totally start a band and learn how to write songs cos I'm great at naming songs and what not with just a band name and album title to go from.

I'm thinking you're first band's first album will be a somewhat metalic affair, probably the influence of the Finnish Twins who make up your rhythm section.

I've finally done a Trance Album.

Birkenhead (New Zealand electorate) present their nonchalantly anticipated final debut album...

"Love we really want"

"The most obnoxious noise to be shat out by talentless f*ckwits since last night." - Aftermath Herald

"Demented, overambitious, and hilarious. I want to play this at someone else's funeral." - Jeff
